TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pipe Turbo website and any services provided by Pipe Turbo LLC (“Pipe Turbo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting information, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

About Pipe Turbo

Pipe Turbo LLC is a licensed plumbing service providing non-invasive pipe cleaning and related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, system condition, and other factors.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

Pipe Turbo may suspend or terminate access to the website for violations of these Terms.

Quotes and Service Requests

  • Any quote provided through the website is an estimate only, based on customer-provided information and assumptions made prior to on-site evaluation.

  • Quotes do not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of pricing.

  • Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions, accessibility, system configuration, or findings discovered during service.

  • Pipe Turbo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from the information provided.

  • Service outcomes and refund eligibility are further governed by The Pipe Turbo Promise and the Refunds After Service Is Performed sections of these Terms.

  • Pipe Turbo LLC reserves the right to correct any under-estimate or over-estimate prior to service.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are subject to confirmation. Service times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, job complexity, weather, prior appointments, or unforeseen conditions.

Pipe Turbo is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

Deposits & Payment Authorization

  • If a quote includes an optional deposit, the deposit is used to reserve service availability and may be required to secure promotional incentives.

  • By placing a deposit, the customer authorizes Pipe Turbo LLC to charge the deposit amount 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final service total.

  • All deposits are fully refundable if service does not occur, including but not limited to customer cancellation prior to service, inability to perform service due to site conditions, or service refusal by Pipe Turbo LLC.

  • Placing a deposit does not guarantee final pricing, service outcomes, or availability beyond the scheduled service date. Promotional incentives associated with a deposit apply only if service is completed as scheduled.

Refunds After Service Is Performed

Once Pipe Turbo LLC has commenced service and visible sediment or observable water discoloration has occurred during the cleaning process, the service shall be considered performed.

Because Pipe Turbo LLC provides labor-based services, no refunds will be issued for services that have been performed, except as expressly stated under The Pipe Turbo Promise.

Refunds will not be provided based on perceived effectiveness, expectations, or conditions observed after service completion.


The Pipe Turbo Promise

Pipe Turbo LLC provides non-invasive pipe cleaning services intended to clean and flush internal pipe buildup, including rust particles, scale, sediment, and debris that may accumulate along the interior walls of water pipes over time. As this material is loosened, it may appear as visible sediment or water discoloration during service.

If, during service, Pipe Turbo’s cleaning process does not produce visible sediment or observable water discoloration, the customer will be informed and may choose to discontinue the service at no charge.

​

If the customer elects to proceed with the service after being informed that no visible sediment or water discoloration has occurred, the service shall be considered authorized and rendered, and the full service charge will apply, regardless of final outcome.

If visible sediment or observable water discoloration occurs at any point during service, the service shall be considered performed, and no refund will be issued under the Pipe Turbo Promise.

​

Determination of whether visible sediment or observable water discoloration has occurred shall be made by the on-site technician using reasonable professional judgment, based on observable system output during service.

​

The Pipe Turbo Promise applies only to the presence or absence of visible sediment or observable water discoloration during service and does not guarantee specific outcomes, long-term performance, pressure improvement, or water quality changes.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Pipe Turbo may contact you regarding service requests, scheduling, confirmations, or other service-related communications via phone, email, or text message. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

Scope of Services

Pipe Turbo’s services are limited to non-invasive pipe cleaning as expressly described in writing. Services do not include pipe repair, pipe replacement, structural modification, or correction of system defects unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Photography, Video Recording & Media Use

Pipe Turbo LLC routinely photographs, audio-records, and/or video-records service visits as part of its standard operating procedures. Recording may occur before, during, and after the service process.

Such recordings may be used for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes, including use on Pipe Turbo LLC’s website, social media platforms, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

​

By scheduling, requesting, or permitting service, the customer acknowledges and consents to such recording and grants Pipe Turbo LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use the recorded media, provided that Pipe Turbo LLC does not intentionally disclose personally identifiable information (such as names, faces, or addresses) without prior consent.

Customers who do not wish to be recorded must notify Pipe Turbo LLC in writing prior to the start of service. If recording is declined, Pipe Turbo LLC may reasonably adjust service procedures as necessary to accommodate the request.

​

All recording is conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws.

​

Recording is focused on the service process and equipment and not the customer personally.

Limitation of Responsibility; No Guarantee of Results

  • Pipe Turbo LLC performs services based on observable conditions and information available at the time of service. Plumbing systems are concealed, aged, and variable by nature.

  • Pipe Turbo LLC makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, performance, longevity, or future behavior of any plumbing system.

  • The performance of services does not constitute an assurance that the plumbing system is free from defects, nor that leaks, failures, or other issues will not occur in the future.

  • Pipe Turbo LLC shall not be responsible or liable for leaks, failures, damage, or defects arising from pre-existing conditions, latent defects, corrosion, thinning, deterioration, improper installation, prior repairs, or structural weaknesses, whether known or unknown at the time of service.

  • Service outcomes depend on factors beyond Pipe Turbo LLC’s control, including pipe material, age, configuration, historical usage, and environmental conditions.

  • This section does not modify or limit the customer protections expressly stated under The Pipe Turbo Promise.

Causation Clarification

The occurrence of a leak, pipe failure, or plumbing issue following service does not, by itself, establish causation or fault on the part of Pipe Turbo. Liability shall not be inferred solely based on the timing of service.

Risk Allocation

By engaging Pipe Turbo’s services, the customer acknowledges that interaction with existing plumbing systems involves inherent uncertainty. Except to the extent required by applicable law, the risk associated with unknown, concealed, or pre-existing conditions remains with the customer.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipe Turbo disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pipe Turbo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Pipe Turbo’s total liability for any claim arising from services or website use shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipe Turbo LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide

  • Misuse of the website or services

  • Violation of these Terms

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, and design elements, is the property of Pipe Turbo LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our website may utilize third-party services such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, or payment processors. Pipe Turbo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

Termination

Pipe Turbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Pipe Turbo may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective as of the updated Effective Date posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
